Can we trust chatgpt or gemini to use for important tasks?

They’re reliable as support tools, not as final decision-makers. They’re great for drafting, summarising, structuring ideas, or speeding up routine work, but anything important still needs human review. Think of them as a very fast assistant, not an authority.
