Should SME employees be required to learn basic AI skills?

“Required” might be the wrong word, but basic AI literacy is becoming part of general digital skills. Knowing what AI can do, how to use it responsibly and when not to rely on it is increasingly important, especially for knowledge-based or client-facing roles.
