Should we start using the existing tools or wait a bit to see the new developments? It seems that every week there is something new coming up about AI and tools to use

Waiting usually means doing nothing, and that’s rarely helpful. Most SMEs don’t need cutting-edge tools; they need stable, boring ones that save time today. You can start with current tools for low-risk tasks and adapt over time. The pace of change is fast, but that’s not a reason to delay basic adoption.
