Is AI more a threat to SME jobs or an opportunity to create new roles?

For SMEs, it’s more opportunity than threat. AI tends to change tasks, not eliminate entire roles. It can create new responsibilities around coordination, quality control, client interaction, or tool supervision, especially in small teams where flexibility matters.
